The Children’s Hospice and Palliative Care Coalition is a California based organization that has a great model for instituting policy change to better serve children and families going through life threatening illness. The site is rich in resources, many of which are specific to California, but the organization and mission of the Coalition can be used as a model for other states trying to accomplish similar change.
